On Monday there was a notice on the door thanking people for their donations for casual clothes day (not like you have a choice). Somehow they managed to charge everyone £1, then get a grand total of £134.75.

How can this be?
Did they charge an admin fee or something? Or did someone pay in small coins and not put the right money in deliberately?
As an accountant I know this is not possible mathematically. Someone has their hands in the till.
